Development layouts for the financier's personal Caribbean island included in the released materials.
Furthermore contained in this recent document disclosure seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the American territory.
The financier purchased a smaller island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
The released images reveal he had drawn up development schemes to build upon the substantial island by building living quarters, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
You can see the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the south-eastern section.
This development map is covered in red pen markings and features a notes section detailing various areas of the land.
Alongside this are what look to be an additional nine construction diagrams and architectural plans, featuring plans for marina coverings.
More images released as part of the ongoing congressional release.
